For groups of 7 or more, we are not only in the Scottish Highlands, but also on the road joining the two parts of the Cairngorms National Park.
Sharing a carpark with the Speyside Way & offering all a group could expect from a bunkhouse, including showers & toilets at 1:5(6) & exclusive use only. It is well equipped & fully centrally heated. 4 beds are in Narnia, accessible through a wardrobe in another room but also both have external doors. We have added 'The Shed' which has to be seen to be believed!

We like to think of ourselves as flexible, friendly and fun. As more than 80% of our groups have either returned to us or come on a recommendation, I leave it to group leaders to give us a try!

Local activities range from hill-walking and environmental studies to sightseeing and fun! Ideal for clubs, families, in fact anyone who is looking for a large building at a budget price!
